More California state park problems uncovered

(Dec. 19, 2012) -- U-T San Diego is reporting more than 200 California state employees were overpaid more than $500,000 by managers who deliberately broke state rules at the troubled California Department of Parks and Recreation, according to a state controller report Tuesday.
