Personal watercraft to be restricted on Ariz.’s Lake Powell

(Dec. 4, 2012) -- A new Personal Watercraft (PWC) regulation will go into effect on Jan. 1, 2013 which requires PWC operating on Lake Powell to meet 2006 emission standards established by the Environmental Protection Agency, the National Park Service announced.
