Ohio camper fire ruled an arson

(Dec. 3, 2012) -- A Friday fire that destroyed a camper at Phillips Manufacturing in Niles, where about 44 members of United Steelworkers Local 4564-02 are on strike, has been ruled an arson, reports the Warren Tribune Chronicle.
