Grant helps Piggott, Ark. create a master plan

(Nov. 29, 2012) -- Improvements are near complete at Heritage Park in Piggott, Ark. thanks to a Outdoor Recreation Grant awarded to the Piggott Parks and Recreation Department, reports the Clay County Times Democrat. A portion of the grant money also was used to create a master plan for the park.
