Traveling Winter Texan preachers flock to Rio Grande Valley

(Nov. 20, 2012) -- Years ago, circuit rider preachers, now called chaplains, rode a horse or traveled in a buggy. But today, they travel in air-conditioned vehicles and live in motorhomes that take them to the RV resorts where they will serve, reports The Valley Town Crier.
