Former Chatham workers take Navistar to court

(Nov. 15, 2012) -- On Wednesday, Navistar was in a Windsor, Ontario, court seeking the dismissal of a class action lawsuit filed by workers who didn’t receive severance packages when the corporation closed its Chatham plant last year, reports the Windsor Star.
