Marina owner makes investment in Whitehall, N.Y.

(Nov. 14, 2012) -- The Glens Falls Post-Star reports next spring, the Whitehall Marina at Lock 12 and RV Park in New York will open as a full-service marina with boat slips, fuel, a ship’s store and boat-repair services on the west side of the canal.
