‘Working homeless’ an ongoing problem in Williston, N.D.

(Nov. 9, 2012) -- Rhonda Combs and her husband both work full time, so she never expected to count herself among the homeless. Her family has spent the summer living in a 29-foot camper in her parents’ backyard, reports the Williston Herald.
