RV city forms at Ariz. racetrack

(Nov. 9, 2012) -- When NASCAR comes to Phoenix International Raceway in Avondale this week, an RV city of 24,000 people will live in and around the track. And for some race fans, the RV city is an integral part of the NASCAR experience, reports the Arizona Republic.
