Fla. city keeps boat, RV parking rules

(Nov. 8, 2012) -- The Belleair Bluffs City Commission had appeared ready to replace the rules on parking of boats and RVs with a “weekends only” policy, but the change was dropped at the Nov. 5 meeting, reports Tampa Bay Newspapers.
