Many Delaware State Parks open

(Oct. 31, 2012) -- While many Delaware State Parks opened today, the Brandywine Zoo, Cape Henlopen State Park and Delaware Seashore State Park remained closed for cleanup and assessment of Hurricane Sandy’s impact until further notice.
