Upgrades planned for Padre Balli Park in Texas

(Oct. 19, 2012) -- In Texas, the Corpus Christi Caller Times reports the Nueces County coastal parks board has almost $1 million set aside for improvements to Padre Balli Park, as the board anticipates an increase in tourism with the opening of a planned water park.
