Jay Cooke State Park in Minn. to reopen on Monday

(Oct. 19, 2012) -- Jay Cooke State Park, located in northeastern Minnesota, will reopen to the public on Monday, Oct. 22. The park was closed for four months due to historic flooding that severely damaged highway access.
