Lake Country, B.C., wins land use case against RV owners

(Oct. 17, 2012) -- The Supreme Court of British Columbia decided a land use court case in favor of the District of Lake Country, which sought an injunction restraining a group of families using a Wood Lake property as a recreational property from continuing its current use.
