Water ordinance raises concern for campground owners in Texas

(Oct. 9, 2012) -- RV park managers in San Benito, Texas fear a new ordinance could open their financial records to the city and unfairly penalize them if their count of mobile homes doesn’t match the city’s count, according to a report in the Brownsville Herald. The Texas Association of Campground Owners says that's not right.
