Navistar may close plants to cut costs, says CEO

(Oct. 5, 2012) -- Lewis Campbell, during his first interview as Navistar's CEO, said Thursday that the U.S. truck and engine maker is cutting administrative and engineering spending and may close factories as it works to lower its costs, reports the Chicago Tribune.
