Eugene Whaley, owner of Foothills RV Park, dies at age 95

(Oct. 1, 2012) -- Eugene Whaley, 95 of Pigeon Forge, passed away Saturday, Sept. 29 at his home. Whaley was a businessman, entrepreneur, builder and craftsman. He was the owner of Foothills RV Park and Cabins in Pigeon Forge, Tenn.
