Calif.’s Big Basin celebrates 110 years

(Oct. 1, 2012) -- The San Jose Mercury News reports that 82-year-old Joyce Starr, of Walnut Creek, has been visiting Big Basin Redwoods State Park since she was a child. On Saturday, Starr and her daughter visited again to celebrate the park's 110th birthday.
