Calif. city scraps RV parking program

(Sept. 26, 2012) -- On Tuesday night, Newport Beach City Council members agreed that they are willing to let one aspect of the Balboa Village Master Plan go: recreational vehicle parking in the Balboa Pier parking lot, reports the Daily Pilot.
