Calif. city says nay to horse-dog park

(Sept. 20, 2012) -- The Press Enterprise reports the city council in Menifee, Calif. voted unanimously on Tuesday not to pursue building a park for dogs and horses, but instead look into building parks for just horses and just dogs.
