Plans unveiled for N.C.’s Winston Lake

(Sept. 12, 2012) -- Some Winston-Salem City Council committee members got a look Tuesday at long-range plans for Winston Lake and an old quarry in the Southeast Ward. The Winston-Salem Journal reports that one item raised eyebrows, however: a proposal to have a camping area.
