N.C. county board to consider RV park request

(Sept. 11, 2012) -- At this evening's Richmond County Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustments meeting, the board will hear a request by Bruce Ray Jones of Sanford, who wants to develop and operate an RV park in Rockingham, reports the Richmond County Daily Journal.
