Appeals court upholds closing of Erie, Pa. campground

(Sept. 11, 2012) -- Erie Times-News is reporting that the state Commonwealth Court has affirmed an Erie County judge's order that closed Moon Meadows Campground, in Greenfield Township, over concerns about water and sewage at the site.
