Colo. librarian turns RV into campaign billboard

(Sept. 10, 2012) -- When Jefferson County Schools announced another round of budget cuts, Mike McQueen stepped into action, writes KUSA-TV. He turned his RV into a roving bill board in support of Ballot Questions 3A and 3B, which would raise property taxes to generate money for county schools.
