San Benito, Texas to revisit water ordinance

(Sept. 4, 2012) -- Board Chairman Pete Claudio said San Benito’s utility board plans to propose that city commissioners revise a controversial ordinance to charge a $10 monthly water fee to occupied mobile homes and occupied fixed RVs, writes the Brownsville Herald.
