Council forced to delay action on RV storage facility

(Sept. 4, 2012) -- The Chino Champion writes that on Aug. 21, council voted unanimously to postpone action on a request by RV Storage Associates LLC for a general plan amendment to allow an RV storage facility on a seven-acre parcel of land in Chino, Calif.
