BLM to reopen roads, campgrounds closed during Rush Fire

(Aug. 31, 2012) -- High desert roads and campgrounds in northeast California and northwest Nevada that were closed to public access during the Rush Fire northeast of Susanville will be reopened to the public Friday, Aug. 31.
