Calif. park ranger cleared in probe of dog walker arrest
(Aug. 30, 2012) -- On Tuesday, Rep. Jackie Speier ripped the National Park Service over its investigation into a ranger's use of a Taser to subdue a man in January. The man was allegedly uncooperative after being stopped with off-leash dogs at Rancho Corral de Tierra in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, reports the San Francisco Chronicle.
