Paddlers, campers rescue trapped dog in Prince Albert

(Aug. 29, 2012) -- The Prince Albert Daily Herald writes that physical therapists Justin Monette and Ian DeBack were on a routine paddle along the Shell River Friday evening when they saw a black Labrador retriever sitting near the shoreline.
