New owner of Fla. park hopes to entice more RVers

(Aug. 28, 2012) -- Winter Park-based Eastern General Realty Corp., doing business as Sugarmill Community LLC, paid $1.5 million to acquire the 69-lot Sugar Hill Mobile Home Park in New Smyrna Beach, and has big plans to renovate the property, reports the Daytona Beach News-Journal.
