Proposed RV ordinance sent back to Mo. city staff

(Aug. 23, 2012) -- For now, Independence RV owners may rest easy, reports the Blue Springs Examiner. On Monday night, the city council voted to send proposed changes to the city code regarding RVs in residential neighborhoods back to city staff for further review.
