Colo. campground to collect lodging tax

(Aug. 23, 2012) -- ReporterHerald.com writes that Larimer County is not required to pay the Estes Park Marketing District's lodging tax for stays at Hermit Park, but has agreed to collect the tax and give it to the district as a fee in lieu of taxes.
