Wash. man uses stolen RV batteries to buy scratch tickets

(Aug. 22, 2012) -- A Centralia man was arrested Sunday for allegedly stealing two large batteries from a recreational vehicle, turning them in at a recycling center, and then using the money to buy scratch lottery tickets, reports the Centralia Chronicle.
