W.Va. fair upgrades camping spots

(July 23, 2012) -- Officials with the Marshall County Fair recently upgraded the electrical connections for trailer sites to curb concerns that the grounds were not fit to handle hundreds of campers, reports the Wheeling Intelligencer.
