Multi-million dollar upgrades begin at Nev. recreational areas

(July 23, 2012) -- Big changes are coming soon to the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area, also known as Mt. Charleston. This summer, the U.S. Forest Service will begin construction to make improvements at several popular recreation sites.
