Calif. RV park tax dispute headed to ballot

(July 20, 2012) -- A long-simmering dispute between Red Bluff and Durango RV Resort over transient occupancy tax may be settled on the November ballot, after City Council voted this week to submit the ordinance to voters, reports the Record-Searchlight.
