Wrongful death suit filed over Texas crash involving RV

(July 13, 2012) -- The widow of Barry Leyendecker filed suit against several individuals and an insurance company July 6, alleging the defendants caused a recreational vehicle to lose control and block a highway, resulting in the crash that claimed her husband's life, reports the Southeast Texas Record.
