W.Va.’s Lost River, Cacapon state parks to celebrate 75th

(June 28, 2012) -- Lost River State Park is celebrating its 75th anniversary on Sunday, July 1, 2012, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. with family oriented outdoor recreation and activities. A slice of history is part of the festivities at Cacapon Resort State Park June 29 and 30, when branded slices of tree limbs, or “tree cookies,” will be handed out.
