N.Y. state parks suspend smoking ban

(May 31, 2012) -- New York state parks were supposed to ban smoking this summer, but NYC C.L.A.S.H., a New York City group, challenged the rule and the ban was suspended. Compliance is now voluntary until a new official policy is put in place, reports the Olean Times Herald.
