Iowa waterpark hopes new campground will boost attendance

(May 30, 2012) -- Eric Bertch, manager of Lost Island Waterpark in Waterloo, is expecting record numbers during the park's 11th season, and hopes the scheduled July 4 opening of nearby Bamboo Ridge Campground, a Kampground of America franchise, boosts attendance, reports the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier.
