Texas city is seeing more illegally parked RVs

(May 25, 2012) -- Many have turned to living in RVs and travel trailers now that homes and apartments are scarce. NewsWest9.com reports that the vehicles are popping up all over Midland, but where they're parking is a problem and it could cost owners.
