Alberta issues 5,711 tickets during May long weekend

(May 24, 2012) -- CBC.ca reports that RCMP, Alberta traffic sheriffs, conservation officers and fish and wildlife officers handed out 5,711 tickets over the May long weekend, a majority of them for speeding.
