Man thrown from RV after tire blows on Ariz. freeway

(May 22, 2012) -- The Arizona Department of Public Safety said one man was killed and six people, including three children, were injured Monday afternoon when the RV they were in crashed on a busy Phoenix freeway, reports KPHO Phoenix.
