S.D. parks asking for input on outdoor recreation

(May 16, 2012) -- "This survey shows us where the greatest need for recreational facilities is," said Al Nedved, assistant director of the Parks and Recreation Division. "We ask everyone to fill out this survey, even those who aren't avid outdoorsmen."
