Grassroots festival returns to N.C.’s Hot Springs Campground

(May 4, 2012) -- For the 15th straight year, the French Broad River Festival, one of Western North Carolina's favorite grassroots festivals, is returning to the Hot Springs Campground and Spa in Hot Springs this weekend, reports the Asheville Citizen-Times.
