TriMas announces public offering of common stock

(May 2, 2012) -- TriMas Corporation announced yesterday that it is commencing an offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock in a public offering. The underwriters will have a 30-day option from the date of the offering to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares from TriMas.
