Ore. county bans smoking at parks, campgrounds

(May 2, 2012) -- On Tuesday, the Benton County Board of Commissioners voted 3-0 to ban smoking and smokeless tobacco products at all county-owned facilities and grounds starting Jan. 1, 2013, reports the Corvallis Gazette Times.
