Ark. attorney hopes for settlement in campground flood suit

(April 16, 2012) -- On Wednesday, another lawsuit was filed against the federal government over the deadly 2010 Albert Pike Campground flood. The Republic reports that 28-year-old Adam Jez's wife and three-year-old son were killed, and he says the Forest Service should have warned campers of the danger.
