Utah RV park developers pay $30K for damaging, polluting lake

(April 6, 2012) -- The unauthorized work at the Panguitch Lake Adventure Resort included construction of a coffer dam in Panguitch Lake, dredging and filling a large portion of an existing marina, construction of a rock wall, and the discharge of large amounts of earthen fill, among other things.
