Man commits loan fraud with "fake" motorhome

(April 6, 2012) -- The 7th Circuit has ruled that an insurer does not have to cover a $400,000 loss suffered by a bank because falsified loan documents a man created to receive a loan for a 2007 Beaver Marquis motorhome do not qualify as counterfeit, reports the Courthouse News Service.
